Shipping: We can ship orders using the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship each order using the most economical carrier. If a significant amount can be saved in shipping or a faster delivery time is available, Vita King may change for your original shipping method selected.

We strive to ship all orders out the day we receive them or the next day at the latest. Orders must be received by noon CST to be shipped that day.

Storms and severe weather can disrupt any shipping carrier's ability to guarantee shipment delivery, and no refunds are issued due to weather related delays. Any delays in delivery are the fault of the carrier (ex: USPS or UPS). Vita King is not responsible for delayed, lost, or delivered to wrong address. Any request for refunds on shipping need to be handled by you the customer with the appropriate carrier (ex: USPS or UPS). Vita King is not responsible for refunding shipping costs due to carrier delays, lost packages, or delivered to wrong address.

UPS - Next Day Air or 2 Day Air:

Normal Next Day Air or 2-day Air packages are not delivered on a Saturday without an additional charge. Making the last day of the week to order Next Day Air service would be Thursday. Delivery would be Friday. Last day of the week to order 2 Day Air would be Wednesday. Delivery would be Friday.

There are no handling charges on any order.

Shipping Address Information:

Address correction fees will be charged to the customer when an incorrect or incomplete address is furnished to Vita King by the customer. Currently the charge for an address correction with UPS is $12.35.

Oversized boxes: All the shipping carriers base the cost to ship a package on both the weight of the box and the size of the box (called dimensional weight). When a large box is being shipped with light items like the plastic drinkers, training baskets or postal boxes the cost will be probably be based on the dimensional weight rather than the actual weight.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. While the website may automatically receive and record information on its server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the pages you visited we do not collect that information or sell your personal identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy: Before returning any merchandise, please call us at 1-219-733-0011 for approval to return the merchandise. Any product opened by the customer can not be returned for any reason.
