Mail Orders

You can send us your order by mail.  Please refer to the shipping cost information below.  For 
faster service we recommend that you include a money order or certified check.  Orders paid 
with a personal check will not be processed until the check clears the bank.
 
Return Policy:
If your order is received damaged or you need to return it please notify us upon arrival of your shipment.
All returns must be approved.  Call us at the phone numbers above to arrange the return of the
merchandise.  All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
 
Shipping Information / Costs outside continental United States (incl. foreign countries)
US shipments outside the continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) are shipped using priority mail.
International shipments are usually sent Global Express mail or any air courier of your preference. 
 
Shipping Information / Costs within continental United States
Orders within the US are shipped using UPS.  Charges are based on the weight and destination of the
shipment.  UPS zone and rate charts are below.
 
For every $125 of products ordered we issue a $5 credit off your shipping costs as a "thank you" for
placing your order with Vita King.
 
UPS Oversized Freight Policy:
Large packages that are 84" - 108" is length and girth combined are considered oversized by UPS and
are charged 30 lbs (even if the actual weight is less).
 
        Next  Day, Second Day and Three Day Air service is also available through UPS with all 
          additional costs on any size order charged to customer.
   
        UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box so please furnish a street address.
   
        Please enter your accurate and complete address.  Address correction fees from UPS will be
          charged to you when an incorrect or incomplete address is entered.  Current fee is $6.00
